Stationary is a fixed clay sculpture — solid, detailed, and perfect for groups. You can add multiple pets or people on one base.

Bobblehead has a spring-mounted head that gently bobs when touched. It is limited to one subject only — one pet or one person.

Yes, with the Stationary style. You can add multiple subjects — pets and people — all sculpted together on the same base. Each additional subject is priced separately. The Bobblehead is one subject only.

Yes. During checkout you can request a name plate added to the front of the base. Type it exactly as you want it to appear. It is optional and free of charge.

Not at this time. Items with intricate details — collars, leashes, harnesses, and toys — are not possible to sculpt accurately at this scale. We focus on capturing your pet's face, fur, and pose as faithfully as we can. We may offer accessories in the future.

Keep it indoors, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth if needed. Avoid dropping it — clay is solid but not indestructible. Treat it like any cherished decorative piece on your shelf.

The figurine is a decorative keepsake, not a toy. We recommend keeping it out of reach of young children. Painted surfaces are not designed for handling by children under 3.

One clear, well-lit photo works best. Front-facing is ideal — we follow the pose in your photo, so choose one that captures the expression or moment you want to keep. Avoid blurry, heavily filtered, or very dark images. The better the photo, the better the result.

We will do our best with any photo you send, but quality does affect the detail we can capture. If your photo is very old, dark, or blurry, our team may reach out to ask for an alternative. When in doubt, use the clearest photo you have.

Yes, and many of our customers do. As long as you have a clear photo, we can sculpt from it. It is one of the most meaningful orders we receive, and we treat every one with care.

Yes. There is a notes field during the order process where you can leave any requests — a specific pose, a particular expression, or anything else you would like us to know. Our artists read every note before sculpting begins.

We do not currently offer digital previews before sculpting. Our artists work directly from your photo. If you have any concerns once it arrives, we are happy to make it right under our satisfaction guarantee.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. During peak seasons such as Christmas, please allow a few extra days.

Yes. Shipping is free to every country. Your figurine is packed carefully to make sure it arrives in perfect condition wherever you are.

Changes can be made within 12 hours only of placing your order, before sculpting begins. After that, the process is underway and changes are not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update anything.

Absolutely — many of our orders are gifts. Your figurine arrives in a gift-ready box. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout and upload a photo of their pet or person.

Yes. If you want all subjects on the same base, add them as part of one order. If you want each subject on a separate base — for example, two individual pet figurines — place a separate order for each one.

If your figurine arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
