Refund policy

At Moderno Paw, every song we create is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate your dog’s unique personality and story. Because each song is fully personalized — from the lyrics to the melody — all purchases are considered final once production begins. We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind or errors in personalization submitted during the order process.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something goes wrong or you receive a defective or incomplete file, we’re here to make it right. Please read our full policy below:

🛠 Damaged or Defective Files

If your personalized song file (mp3/mp4) is corrupted, missing, or unplayable, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@modernopaw.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and a short description (or screenshot) of the issue.

  3. Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send a corrected version or provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Because our songs are custom creations made just for you, the following are non-refundable:

  • Songs that have already been produced and delivered

  • Orders with incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

  • Files that cannot be downloaded due to user-side device or internet issues

🕐 Cancellations and Edits

  • Cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we begin working on your custom lyrics and melody, and the order cannot be canceled.

  • Revisions: If you’re not satisfied with the final version, we offer one free revision — the lyrics will remain the same, but the melody and arrangement can be adjusted.

🎁 Gifting and Satisfaction

We pour our hearts into every dog song and want it to be something you treasure. If you ordered it as a gift and the recipient isn’t fully satisfied, we still offer our one-time revision as a gesture of goodwill.
