At Moderno Paw, all of our custom dog songs are digitally delivered, so there’s no need to wait by the mailbox — your special tune will arrive straight to your inbox!
📩 Delivery Method
Your personalized song will be delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. You’ll receive:

An MP3 file of your custom song

An MP4 file if a lyric video was included in your order
If you selected the Official Release add-on, your song will also be published on major streaming platforms like Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube Music within 24–48 hours after delivery.

We work quickly to bring your dog’s story to life, but if there’s ever a delay, we’ll notify you right away.

If you haven’t received your song within 24 hours:

🌍 No Physical Shipping
Since our products are digital, we do not ship physical items. You won’t receive anything by mail or courier — everything is delivered online.
