Welcome to Moderno Paw! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service related to our custom song offerings. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Custom Song Creation
Each song we create is 100% personalized based on the details you provide during checkout. This includes your dog’s name, personality, story, and any special requests. By submitting an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to creatively interpret the details you provide in a way that best fits the flow and mood of the song.
2. Production & Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your personalized song within 24 hours of purchase. If you selected the “Official Release” add-on, the song will also be uploaded to platforms like Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube Music within 24–48 hours after delivery.
Delivery is made via email using the information you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and that you check spam or junk folders if the song hasn’t arrived.
3. Usage Rights
You are free to use your song for personal enjoyment, social media, YouTube, and non-commercial sharing. Commercial use (e.g., for advertising, resale, or monetized content) is not permitted without prior written permission.
All songs remain the intellectual property of Moderno Paw, even when personalized. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your song as described above.
4. Revisions & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of each order, we do not offer refunds once production begins.
We do offer one free revision (same lyrics, different melody) if you’re not satisfied with the final result. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. After this period, your order will proceed and cannot be refunded or canceled.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect order details, spam filters blocking email delivery, or platform processing delays (e.g., Spotify upload times).
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
Moderno Paw reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
