Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your preferred style and frame option, and complete your purchase. We’ll handle the rest!

Q: Can I include more than one pet in a single portrait?

A: Yes, absolutely! We can include multiple pets in one portrait—just make sure to select the correct number of pets when placing your order.

Q: Can I order multiple portraits?

A: Yes! If you’d like each pet to have their own individual canvas, please add each portrait to your cart as a separate product. One order = one canvas.

Q: Can I make special requests (e.g., adding accessories or background details)?

A: For standard portrait, we remove accessories like leashes, collars, and harnesses. However, if you choose special portrait, we can include simple accessories like bandanas or bows. For special portraits, we can also customize the background if you have something special in mind.

Q: Can you draw humans in the portrait?

At this time, we specialize in creating custom artwork for pets only. We do not include humans in our portraits, as our focus is capturing the unique spirit and personality of your furry companions.

Q: Can I request revisions to my artwork?

Yes! Every order includes one free simple revision to make sure you’re happy with the final result. Simple revisions include small adjustments like: (1) minor color changes (like coat shade or background tone), and (2) light adjustments to positioning or sizing. Larger changes — such as switching the photo, changing the pose, adding new pets, or completely redoing the artwork — are not included as a simple revision and will require a separate order.

Photo Guidelines

Q: What kind of photo should I upload?

A: For standard portraits, we recommend a clear, high-quality photo where your pet is looking directly at the camera. This helps us capture their full face and expression. If you're ordering a special portrait, the pose can be more relaxed, but the photo still needs to be sharp and well-lit so we can see all the details clearly.

Q: What happens if my photo isn’t suitable?

A: If your photo doesn’t meet our criteria, our team will reach out to help you find a more suitable image.

Approval and Delivery

Q: When will I receive the artwork proof?

A: You’ll receive the artwork proof 3-4 working days after placing your order. You can review and approve the design before it’s printed.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Once you approve the final design, your custom portrait will be delivered within 4-10 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Q: Can I make changes after approving the artwork?

A: Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made as production will begin immediately.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: As each portrait is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll find a solution.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of purchase. After this period, work on your custom portrait may have already begun, and we will be unable to cancel the order. We strive to create a pet portrait you’ll love. If you are still unsatisfied with the image after revisions and choose not to proceed with the printing of the canvas wall art, the equivalent of digital art fee ($75 for standard portrait, $95 for special portrait) will be applied to cover the design time and effort spent on creating the artwork.
