1. How long does it take to receive my custom song?
Your personalized song will be delivered within 24 hours. If you selected an official release, it will be uploaded to streaming platforms like Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube Music within 24–48 hours after delivery.
2. What format will I receive the song in?
You’ll receive an mp3 file of your song. For the lyric video, it will be delivered as an mp4 file.
3. What does “Official Release” mean?
This means your song will be officially released on major streaming platforms such as Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube Music. If this add-on isn’t selected, you’ll receive the song as downloadable mp3 and mp4 files only.
4. Will I get to review or approve the song before it’s finalized?
No, we do not offer a preview or approval process before finalization. Each song is carefully crafted based on the details you provide.
Support & Fixes
1. What happens if I entered the wrong name or details by mistake?
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If we haven’t started production yet, we can update your info.
2. I haven’t received my order—what should I do?
Please double-check your spam or junk folder first, as our emails sometimes end up there. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you still haven’t received your song, feel free to contact us.

We offer one free revision with the same lyrics but a different melody, if needed.
2. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because each song is custom-made and personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide one round of melody revision to ensure you’re happy with the final product.
